“execution is very good. DIY support is adept, I still need help as my own miss-steps have 1 of 3 floors with an open ground line and can't find it (yet) Cust support can't be faulted, they are good-excellent during their open hours. Would do it all again. Keep testing the cable during installation at every step is my advice. Still can't imagine how such a tough cable could break. Well this is my first one. Product is very good, pricing was fair-OK delivery excellent, support ... vg to excellent. Fact Rep requested to diagnose and repair the last floor. I might be newbee and lapsed somehow. Overall great exp... Will update. MJ”

We take pride in providing (as you say) fast delivery, expert support, and very good products at a fair price. Glad to hear you would install Ditra Heat in future projects. Heated floors are a terrific addition to every flooring project. Sorry for the difficulty finding the broken wire; as you noted it can happen, but with such a durable wire it's unusual. Support from Warm Your Floor is available 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST and directly from Schluter starting at 5 AM. We are able and willing to assist you and we will continue to support your efforts if you need us!

“Recived mats in 2 different packages. Appears to be different products. Your tech says they are the same. 2 were in 1 type of package 3 in another. Hope it works out!”

“I haven't installed the thermostat yet but I can enthusiastically compliment your service. You made it so easy and pleasant to order the part and it arrived here within 2-3 days. “Love the product and the warm floors. I had to replace the thermostat because the small plastic pieces that hold the face of the unit broke. That is the only issue I have had with the product.”
