“I’m a contractor in Chicago and get all my heated floor from this company. I always get a good customer service. Once there was a defect product, since we noticed that after the tile was installed, I called them for help. It was unbelievable great experience with their customer service, they walk me step by step. I had to rent some equipment to figure out where the issue was. They asked me to send them the defected part and once they got them, I got back all money that I spent on rental equipment and repair kit.”

“I was able to speak to a person so I can us what I need I have work with this product before and owner had being happy I try to use other brand but the are complicated I will continue recommending Warm your flooooor yeah”

“We have your product in our kitchen and dining room and are very happy with it. When the weather gets cold, you can feel the chill of the floor/areas, but as soon as the heat is turned on, you can really notice the difference. This is why I am putting it in the bathroom for our renovation.”

“Couldn't find an answer or a video as to when to turn on the system after installing it under a newly tiled floor. Had to wait to your business hours and called your help line which answered this question”
