“You folks were good. However, I finally got my old sun touch after 3 weeks f trying and 6 restarts including "end of life message" to reboot. I am not sending back what I ordered. Just hoping I get a little more life out of old and if it fails I will new in hand THX”

“My 10-year old thermostat stopped working and the replacement I ordered arrived promptly and was very easy for me to install (two wires from the main breaker, two from the floor heating unit and two from the floor sensor. It took all of 15 minutes. A special small screwdriver to connect the tiny floor sensor wires was even included. Excellent experience all around.”

“Everything worked out well. I'm not sure why you originally said you couldn't send to a P.O. box. It came in a normal size box. I am however, very disappointed with how much you charged for delivery. When it came in a flat rate box.”

So we always like to check with you to make sure the package can be delivered there without any issues. “Please use shipping company that delivers on weekends. I expected it a week after placing order but now will be 10 days. holing up job.”

Hi Thomas, When you place an order with our free ground shipping option it usually takes no more than 5 business days to deliver anywhere in the U.S. I looks like your package did have a slight delay though, which was the reason it arrived much later. Unfortunately, many courier services won't deliver on weekends without an extra fee though. But give us a call on your next project and we'll do something special for you. Thank you, Thomas!
