“I thought I was getting a custom mat but just got the 24” roll. I can make it work but wanted to confirm I wasn’t charged for custom mat?”

“When I ordered my mat,thermostat,and mat sense pro, on the phone, they should have recommended ordering a second probe. After reading the instructions I ordered a second probe and had to pay $15 for shipping.”

“Original thermostat failed about a year ago. Had no luck getting it replaced until I stumbled on WYF's web site. New thermostat arrived quickly, and thanks to the online instructions, it was a snap to replace the old one. Loving my warm floor again!”

“The replacement floor control unit worked well. The instructions were a bit vague on the additional connections (compared to the old one) on the back of the control unit. There could have been better explanations of those connections, or at least a link to read up on them and how they could be used.”
