“The thermostat we have only comes in white -- which very much doesn't go with the red room its supposed to be in, so we got a black cover for the white block of plastic on my red walls. It kinda fits well enough for it to stay, but I will take some measurements and have a proper metal shop create [and powder coat, this one appears painted] a proper cover that 100% fits [not 95% fits]”

“Support was outstanding. I got the wiring wrong initially. When I called a "real" person answered, had me photograph my installation, then called back promptly with suggested (and correct) wiring. This is world-class handling of the customer.”
