“My first purchase a year ago was a great, I phoned in as the mat sizes listed “anywhere online” weren’t what I needed…same thing this year! One phone call, customer support found the right size, on sale and I had my parts the next day- my tile crew never missed a beat, saved me $$$.”

“Of course, I ordered the wrong thermostat to replace one that had died. Ordered the correct one and sent the first one back for a credit. All went smooth and was credited promptly. Even had to call WarmUp for help to get this new thermostat programmed. It's not all that easy and clear for this old guy. WarmUp was really nice and helpful. All in all - it's so nice to have my warm floor in the bathroom back on these cool nights in Colorado. Thank you WarmYourFloor for having the correct item itn stock and accepting the first one back.”

“It's not cold but the temperature of the thermostat does not reflect the temperature of the floor. The floor is not barely warm. What can we do to increase the warmth. We even have tried upping the temperature but it still doe not increase the warmth. The thermostat shows it is heating but the floor does not reflect it. We have had this Warm Your Floor for several years and it worked perfect. We changed the thermostat and not pleased.”

“Sorry to say that after I made my online order and received receipt and order number and a notice of shipping from UPS (though without a tracking number), WarmYourFloor “lost” my order. It wasn’t until I called them to get a tracking number that they “found” my order.”

“The floor heating thermostat that we needed to replace had been discontinued but you were able to direct us to a distributor who knew what would replace that thermostat and where to order it. We happily had a heated floor again within three days. Great service!”
