“I like the unit very much as a replacement over my older one which just gave out. I can get around on the menu but it did not come with a manual which I assume you have to download. All I want to do is use this unit as a stand alone floor heater in my bathroom without any day date or timer option. I will need to turn off any timing options I take it. JUst want to set the temp and forget it without any timer. Please inform me as to how to do that . Thanks Steve.”

“Hard to find directions for replacing a unit. Written instructions weak. No need to replace ground as it did not connect to the new unit. Could figure it out with YouTube but it can be clearer.”

Our fraud department had put a hold on your order until we were able to confirm your information and we tried contacting you via phone and email, but weren't able to get a hold of you until three business days after. We also check about the thermostat just to make sure you have everything for installation so the project isn't delayed further, but we never hold orders for that reason. “I needed two splice kits for a repair on a Ditra floor system . I contacted Ditra to purchase them . Their price point was reasonable , however , it included a $ 65 dollar UPS charge . I was able to find Warm Your Floor , which had the kits in stock , and able to ship them quickly for a reasonable price . I was able to save $ 75 by doing so !”
