“Technical phone support was difficult. It took multiple calls to get someone to answer, and at least one of the calls was dropped by the support gentleman. Finally, used live chat with a helpful technician who showed me exactly what model I needed to buy as my 20 year old controller was no longer functioning. Delivery was fast! The installation instructions were very poor (2 PhD's and an electrician). The diagram is incorrect/misleading. Finally, looked a the back of the old controller where there was a great diagram and now it works.”
