“Thermostat 500850 arrived on time, but I cannot find anyone in Austin TX to install and program it. Do you have a suggestion?”

Hi Michael, Thanks for the feedback! We're happy to hear the thermostat arrived on time. We don't have installers ourselves, but the installation is similar to changing out a light switch and any licensed Electrician will be able to do the swap for you. “From online ordering to delivery, this was an exceptional experience. This replacement SunTouch thermostat was in stock, promptly shipped, easily trackable and arrived within 3 business days - a week sooner than any of the local hardware stores could deliver. The unit would have been more easily installed, had our original installer left us more room and longer wires. My husband made it work! We are happy to have the floor heated again! Highly recommend Warm Your Floor based on this experience!”

“I love the new SunStat Command floor controller. I've never experienced such an easy-to-program 7-day timer before. I had it up and running in just a few minutes. With the 'anticipatory' feature it always has my floor at temperature when I want it to be.”

“I ordered a control board, I believe over Thanksgiving weekend, figured it would be processed the Monday after the holiday and maybe it had, however I received a confirmation over the holiday weekend and it was delivered on Tuesday. Either way, the online experience was exceptional compared to other online experiences, thank you. Gary, Pittsburgh Pa.”

“I like the unit very much as a replacement over my older one which just gave out. I can get around on the menu but it did not come with a manual which I assume you have to download. All I want to do is use this unit as a stand alone floor heater in my bathroom without any day date or timer option. I will need to turn off any timing options I take it. JUst want to set the temp and forget it without any timer. Please inform me as to how to do that . Thanks Steve.”

“Hard to find directions for replacing a unit. Written instructions weak. No need to replace ground as it did not connect to the new unit. Could figure it out with YouTube but it can be clearer.”
