“When I called after having an issue with my older model floor warming device, the person I spoke to was very helpful in helping me figure out the problem and to purchase the correct, newer model of controller. Everything arrived within a week and installation was a breeze. Thanks!”

“I like the unit very much as a replacement over my older one which just gave out. I can get around on the menu but it did not come with a manual which I assume you have to download. All I want to do is use this unit as a stand alone floor heater in my bathroom without any day date or timer option. I will need to turn off any timing options I take it. JUst want to set the temp and forget it without any timer. Please inform me as to how to do that . Thanks Steve.”

“Hard to find directions for replacing a unit. Written instructions weak. No need to replace ground as it did not connect to the new unit. Could figure it out with YouTube but it can be clearer.”
