“Our controller/thermostat died and we didn't know where to get a replacement. We found that you carried one and that it was easy to install. I was able to install it in 15 minutes and it works perfectly!!! Ordering it was easy and the shipment was very quick. Since we are experiencing colder temeratures, getting our bathroom floor operational again was VERY welcome!!”

“Our original NuHeat thermostat had stopped working after about 14 years of use. I wanted to replace it with the same brand so I called NuHeats's customer service and their representative told me I could find a replacement at WarmYourFloor.com. She also advised me on which model would be best for my needs. I ordered a new unit the same day and it arrived quickly - with 5 days - and an HVAC company installed it soon after. The new model works great, I like the updated interface. WYF had excellent digital communication on my order status, clear pricing without gimmicks, and the ability to register the product on their site to maintain warranty records (with an account). So far, we love our new NuHeat unit and would recommend WarmYourFloor.com. I gave 5 stars because of ease of site navigation and quick delivery. I didn't have an issue where I would have needed a replacement or product support so I don't have insight into how the company would handle a problem.”

“Thermostat programs easily and, as a replacement for a 10+ year old unit, installation was fairly seamless with a hired electrician. Would not have wanted to do it myself. Still will not connect to home wi-fi, but that's one less thing to be hacked.”

“this thermostat/controller was a replacement to the current Suntouch unit. The new one was slightly larger than the existing unit and wiring locations where. It was an extremely tight fit to get the new unit and relocated wiring back into the existing junction box. It took about an hour of patience to finally get it into the junction box without pulling a wire or two off the terminals. Need to give this some more thought on wire locations on the stat/controller.”
