“I discussed my options for thermostats with a customer service rep at Warm Your Floor and he explained my options and made a recommendation. I ordered it right away and within a few days it arrived and I had my electrician take off the old thermostat and install this new one. So far so good! My ceramic tile floor is toasty warm now and just in time before the cold weather hits her in the Midwest!”

“The lady who answered the phone at your headquarters was knowledgable. Needed to upgrade 2 units as I moved into a unit with the item not working. I ordered over the phone, item arrived promptly and I have had it installed. Haven't warmed the floor yet -- but know the item is working. Thank you to your customer service rep --”
