“Still waiting for a product I ordered on June 3 /2021. The tracking # with Route is left to be desired. It is June 19 th still no information. Don’t waste your money for ROUTE. AMAZING USPS BETTER. The all new tracking experience really stinks. Everything is unknown. Very Glad you asked about my experience. Would be very scared to order something VALUE.”

“I had to ask for special consideration when I bought a Zodiac watch that I had wanted for years, but it was always sold out. While it is a beautiful watch, I need more of a tool watch that can take a beating. I would have never felt comfortable wearing that watch on a daily basis. Watches.com was gracious to grant me a refund, and did so quickly. All I had to do was send it back in the same condition it was in when I received it. I don't think that's too much to ask, and I will gladly buy from them again, as well as recommend them. I really hated having to send the Zodaic back, but I can't afford an evening dive watch...you'll never see anything quite like it”

“It's not the companies fault but the tracking number I was given was never updated so I never knew when I would need to be home to receive the package and they left the $300 package at the front door..”

Hey Jason! I'm so sorry about that! The post office recycles tracking numbers but usually they update within 24 hours. Of course most couriers are still providing contactless delivery, but a good courier will always try to place the package in a less obvious spot.
