“Watches.com should be called Watches.CON. I ordered a watch from them and received it. I was obviously "used" as the box had been opened and the all the plastic that is on a watch, the screen, the sides, and the see-through back were not there. I wrote an email to Watches.CON and they said, "...this is not a mechanical failure." I said, "...the watch was supposed to be brand new not refurbed." I have not heard from them since. I have emailed and called a total of 6 times combined. No one at Watches.CON responded. So, never do business with this company. They take your money and give you the wrong watch, a used watch, a refurbished watch, or no watch at all for your money. I'm not nearly $1,000 for the watch I purchased. They don't care. The money is in their pocket and the watch is not back with the builder for repairs. Only thing is that I had to pay for shipping and will have to pay for whatever is wrong with the watch to have it fixed.”

“Hallo, ich war heute voller freutiger Erwartung als die Uhr geliefert und ich Sie auspacken konnte. Recht vierlen Dank dafür. Sie erfüllt all meine Erwartungen, Sie sieht gut aus, Sie passt- und trägt sich super, und mit dem Automatic Werk und dem Rotor oben auf dem Ziffernblatt ist Sie ein voller Hingucker, und ein toller Blickfang. Recht vielen, vielen Dank dafür. Hallo, I was full of joy today when the watch ws delivered and I was able to unpack it. Thank you very much for that. Itmeets all of my expectations. She looks good, It fits and wears super, and with the Automatic Movement and the Rotor on top of the dial, it is real eye-catcher, and a great eye-catcher. Thank you very much for that.”

“I'm HAPPY to say I'd been looking for a watch that was not a self wind / elect. Or modern. My husband has one of those metabolisms that stops% starts reverses speeds up or slows down watches..ive bought CHEAP watches and expensive ones and it didn't matter. We put leather, plastic and moleskin behind the watches to keep it off his skin no dice... So after 40 years of marriage and approx. 100 watches we FINALLY have success thanks to YOU.... He is EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH his Marlin Timex and it arrived the day before our ANNIVERSARY AGAIN MANY THANKS... Finally he has no excuse for missing appointments or picking me up late.”

“My watch arrived very promptly - within four days which was nice. The owners manual didn't really tell me how to set my watch - time, date, etc. I called and an awesome operator walked me thru it. The one thing I would say that needs to be improved is to show a true representation of what the watches actually look like on your website. That is, the picture of my watch (and I'm assuming all the other watches you sell) looks much better than it actually does in reality. In short, the picture makes it look brighter, and it has far more "pop and sizzle" to it than the way it looks on my wrist. I understand you need to make a profit and present your watches in the best possible light, but such a contrast between your website and what actually is is unethical and misleading. Even so, I will buy another watch from you. Thank you...”
