“My order was sent with signature required, I never got it and because I did not purchase their extra warranty thru Route, they will not give me my money back. I am out over $770 because of this. Anyone can sign for anything and because it was signed, I am out the money. Crappy service!”

Hi Glenn, Thank you for your review and feedback. It looks like our customer service team has sent over additional correspondence today. Unfortunately, if you did opt out of package protection, and your shipment was lost or stolen, insurance will not cover a replacement or refund. We do recommend insurance coverage as most couriers will only cover up to $100. If you have additional questions, our team is happy to assist you further.
