“order watch (money taken from my bank immediately ...and that is okay) wanted to return it It was such a hassle .........and no return label (most sellers have return label) shame on you.... then I had to pay to return then I had to ask when I would receive refund....took way too long will NEVER USE YOU AGAIN”

“the package was mis-sent to Thailand I paid for the "route" service but the delivery record is not correct, it showed a 2019 record and said it has already been delivered The watch does not even work properly, it does not work after winding.”

“The watch is great! Beautiful design and my boyfriend loved it for his birthday. The only thing is that the watches should come with instructions on how to change the date and time, and battery. I know some watches are different in how they are made and how you change them so it would be really helpful for that in the future.”
