“There was a problem with PayPal -payment, but the issue was solved super fast after contacting watches.com. The shipment to Finland took the promised time, and the watches arrived well packed and in perfect condition.”

“Well, I like the watch and the price was pretty good, so I can say that I am pleased with the purchase. However, I know the watch is pretty simple to use but, it didn't come with any instructions and I was not sure how to wind it. One continuous clockwise motion or a back and forth motion. Otherwise very happy. Do I get a Zeric Vendetta for writing this review. That is my favorite watch of all, but I can't afford it.”

“I was looking for a strap replacement for my Filson (Shinola) watch. The Horween strap that I was able to get was similar but not of the same quality - nor did the hardware buckle come close to the original. Price indicated that it would have been better. 'hoping it will hold up.”

“I ordered two watches within the same week, and they were shipped very quickly and arrived in less than a week. I returned one of them, but it was no fault of Watches.com. The responded quickly to my request to return the watch and I expect a full refund. The return process was simple enough.”

“My watch looks fantastic but is a bit smaller than I anticipated. The only other drawback is the material of the wristband. It does not feel as high quality as the watch and will probably end up being replaced in the next year or two (I estimate). Because of that I'm giving it 4 star.”

“Good product but delivery was shipped 2 days after the order. Ups then shipped it within one day. It arrived two days late.”

“Love the 3 watches I've purchased over the last while, only issue is the lack of tracking on ups due to them recycling numbers but not updating them. I emailed watches.com about it and they were absolutely lovely, Ashley was the name of the support staff I was put in touch with.”

“I have a number of Xeric watches. I like this one, but not as much as I thought I would. The color is not bright blue like the photos - it is more of a flat blue. And the strap is not particularly comfortable. Other than that, it is a hefty and interesting time piece. Seems well made.”
