“Unfortunately the watch crystal had cracked in three places when it arrived at my nephew's door. (It was a Christmas present.) He contacted you to remedy the situation, returned the watch for a replacement and it just arrived today. The watch is great! I just wish it hadn't cracked in the first place. All's well that ends well.”

Thanks for the review and sorry to hear about the damaged shipment! We added additional Route insurance to the site last year because we wanted to make sure our customers were covered! Sometimes the couriers are brutal! Appreciate the feedback and thanks again for shopping with us!

“Good selection of watches and always a sale or discount available. Not your run of the mill timepieces either. Great for gifting or personal use. If you want something reasonable and different this is it. Probably the mist competitive prices I've seen in Nixon as well. Definitely was introduced to some new names also.”

“The buying experience was easy with no issues. However the color of the watch on the web versus actual, I’m not very happy with it. I expected a darker color of the band and a more sturdy and heavier watch.”
