“It would be 5 stars if the watch I purchased would have been adequately described on the Watches.com web page. I bought an AVI-8 Hawker Hunter Colene Duke chronograph and was quite surprised that the crystal is dark tinted. There is no mention of this tinted crystal on the Watches.com web page and the photos do not reveal this feature. See my photo with the comparison to my other AVI-8 British Legion chronograph.”

“Received a watch that appeared to be a used or returned watch. Did internet review of your company and found another customer complaining about the same thing. Did I get his returned watch?”

Hi John! I believe one of our team members has reached out to your regarding your Bertucci! Rest assured, we still have his returned watch at our customer service office, so that's not the one you received. The orders that leave our warehouse are brand new and in their original packaging. However, we'd love to hear more of the issues you've experienced with your order! If you aren't seeing their email, I'd check your spam folder just in case it accidentally slipped in there. “This is at least my 10th or more purchase from watches.com. In total I have probably bought at least 20 watches from them. Frankly I have lost count as I own over 120 watches. I have been making purchases for many many years all the way back to when they were known as watchismo.com. I have never had any issues with any of my watches and other watch related products that I have purchased. I have always received the items in excellent condition and exactly as described. A highly trusted source for acquiring from your regular type of watch to many cool, unique and limited edition watches at a good price. Great communication with shipping info and follow up. I have never had to think twice before making any purchase from watches.com. Thank you guys and keep up the great work!”

Hey James! I'm sorry for the issues you've had with your three orders. I'm happy to see that the third watch arrived finally at the beginning of the month! International shipping is taking a little longer than usual. It does look like a team member gave you return instructions for the Zinvo that wasn't working and they've got the replacement ready for when the team receives your watch back! As for your order that showed delivered but you didn't receive it, it also looks like a team member recommended you file a stolen package claim with the insurance that you purchased, I hope you were able to do that! Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns :)

“I really like shopping at your website because I have purchased three SiSU watches and really like two of them but never wear the second one because my wrist is way to small and I even went to a watch place to have them remove a link but it's still too big. Unfortunately you don't sell a good band that I can get to replace the original so I'm stuck with having it sit on my dresser. Other than that, I only have good things to say about watches.com”

“i have had issues with this company in the past. but, i have to compliment the service they provided re a purchase i made several months ago. first, they gave me the solution to my issue with the watch. then i didn't follow the advice bc i couldn't see how to apply the very clear instructions bc i'm basically an idiot. anyway i sent the watch to them and they fixed the problem right away and shipped it back to me FREE! thanks Alyssa!”
