“They "provide you with options" for express shipping your order. When you choose not to pay a huge sum for this, they get your order ready to ship and then just until the time of the premium options expire. Thing is, these days shipping companies hardly are able to ship slower than normal. They are just spitefull and want to try make you pay for something that shouldn't be a thing these days.”

“I ordered my watch and did get it but it's very hard to track it. I've ordered on December and on record it says already delivered on October kind of confusing. It's a must fix because not many people are as pasent as me. The rest is all good”

“Not only was the watch wonderful, but the staff at watches.com—especially Daphne and Alyssa—were superb. There was a shipping problem and, thanks to their efforts (which were way above and beyond the "call of duty"), that problem was resolved and the watch arrived in time for Christmas so that I could give it as a gift. Kudos to your company for having Daphne and Alyssa on your staff. Thank you”
