“Lovely website, Quick delivery, lots of email confirming order & shipping to keep me updated! This is my second taster pack, its a great way to start out and test the flavours- just missing Clean I think 🤔 Vibe sounds unusual but is very tasty! I adore Zen, Focus and Youth! I find I like the flavours better with around 400ml of water, yum! Shiro is very delicate in flavour, best icy cold! Next time I try the micro-teas!”

“I recently dropped my glass bottle and it broke. I was devastated. I ordered a steel one but as a starter set, so that I can enjoy some extra water drops. I still find the Nero my favourite ones though. I am very pleased with my purchases so far.”

“I love waterdrop. I have always just drunk water as I don't like sugary squash or the taste of artificial sweetener. When I discovered waterdrop I was so happy, they are so delicious! I order every month and love getting a selection of flavours. It would be hard to pick a favourite as I enjoy them all.”

“Products are good but are often bashed about from transit. Packaging needs improving. Especially limited editions where they can't replace the damaged item due to limited production. The flavours are nice and the products good quality.”

“I still haven't received this order after over a month! So can't review something I haven't received ! Very disappointed as I love the product normally but having been a whole month without being able to use it I'm having to look at alternatives.”

“The bottles are pretty but they've changed the packaging of the normal glass edition bottles. They now come in plain cardboard cylinders. As it is ordered as a gift I'm a bit disappointed. Also its been almost a month and I'm still waiting for my order. The tracking doesn't work and Waterdrop customer service is terrible. I've emailed 3 times and even called and its impossible to get through to anyone. With this in mind and the price I wouldn't order from waterdrop again and will stop recommending it. Spend your money elsewhere.”

“Love the vibe flavour so glad to see it back, just need the sky back now. Got the free towel, I was blown away by the quality and size, really lovely thick quality, fabulous colours too. And the wee mirror flask is fab wanted one for a while. Love it love it love it”
