“nothing to add nothing to take away”

“My parcel was open on delivery, 5 out of 6 boxes inside were damaged. Waterdrops had exploded inside the parcel creating a sticky mess and an abundance of unuseable Waterdrops. It took several emails back and forth to get them to agree to replace the order. Customer service team was unusually unhelpful. Highly disappointed!”

“Really happy with my new bottle . I’ve been ordering the water drop drinks for over six months now and am enjoying the variety of flavours . An added bonus is that I’m drinking much more water as I love the taste so this is beneficial to my health too . I have recommended them to several of my work colleagues and luckily we all have different designs on our bottles so they don’t get mixed up .”

“Enjoying the flavours and so far have only found one that I don’t enjoy. The cola tastes more like coffee which I don’t like. Grapefruit is my favourite so far”

“This order was a 2nd replacement for the last 2 deliveries which were substandard… unfortunately this one was the same. I’ve given up expecting you to get it right tbh!”

“Customer service isn't great takes ages to get a reply. Items take a long time to arrive. I'm unimpressed that they have just increased all the points needed to redeem items by 500 points per item!!”

“Although a little longer receiving this order, it was definitely worth the wait. The lemon-lime flavour is subtle but refreshing, blackberry has been one of my favourites since day one, and the orange tastes almost like freshly squeezed oranges. All absolutely delicious 😋”

“I love my waterdrop. The orders always arrive and always what I expect. I introduced a few colleagues to it and my family are also becoming funs! I am so glad I joined the cub. I definitely drink more water and following my water intake routine. And using less plastic bottles is a welcome bonus!”
