“Lovely bottle and loving the peach ice tea! Can’t wait to try other flavours! Thank you for being really responsive, when my bottle arrived uncarefully delivered by FedEx, you were amazingly quick and kind in your response and sending out a replacement bottle - great customer care, thank you 🤩”

“Ordered the ice tea versions Raspberries, Peach, Frozen lime and the mystery flavour. The three former are great, refreshing, fruity, not too sweet. The mystery flavour, spoiler alert, is Apple. I love myself a nice Apple and sparkling water mix. But I was disappointed about the Apple flavour. It is too intense, very pectin heavy in flavour, far too strong. I would try it again of water drop could change the recipe and make it more subtle, lighter flavour (disclaimer, I use one drop per litre as I like the flavours light). Fantastic flavours. But @waterdrop please keep developing the Apple flavour to something like a lovely light Granny Smith flavour!”

“I have been a fan and customer of Waterdrop for five years. The flavours are great, and I love the invention of the Cola waterdrop. It has helped me cut down on my soda. Over the years, I have redeemed my points and received many brilliant free items. I also use the app, which helps me drink more water. The only room for improvement is the company that delivers for them as it isn't the best. They have lost multiple orders and are less trustworthy than previous companies that delivered for Waterdrop. You have to be prepared to wait and order in advance before you run out. Overall, Waterdrop is a five-star company.”

“I am normally very happy with my Waterdrop orders but in this instance I was very disappointed. I placed my order on 15 December 2024 but it was not delivered until 2 January 2025. When I raised a query with customer services, I was told to refuse the order BUT everyone knows that these days if you are not in the courier just doorsteps the items”
