“I was mislead by the different packaging. Not everyone clicks into them, I believe this could have been advertised better otherwise I wouldn't have purchased these. When I reached out about this, I was not impressed by the attitude I received. This has really put me off buying anymore.”

“As I’m not a big water drinker thought I would give it a go, guess what it works! A bit strange at first, think it’s a sugar thing! I have set up a subscription but it was disappointing to see that the taster pack is not included. A very small point postage is far too expensive however if you want the goods you have to receive them. Love the product just not sure about the subscription, we’ll see. Product is a 10 out of 10 thou.”

“Both Flair and Snow are lovely and tasty. Disappointed that the bottle brush doesn't fit the neck of the bottle I have, therefore had to purchase a brush that would go through the narrow neck of the bottle.”

“Excellent product to inspire drinking more water. I missed them when I ran out. I prefer the cold ones rather than the hot ones though. All the flavours are excellent too!”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THESE. What a waste of money. I hadn't received my order for ages only then to be told there was "a delay in the warehouse" I had ordered from this company before and they gave me this exact same excuse back then aswell. I wasn't happy so asked them for a partial refund. They refused claiming they were "not in a position to do so" but gave me water drop points instead towards my next purchase once I have collected enough points?!? I think they are having a laugh if they think I would be going back there again. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE. THEY ARE A SCAM.”

“It certainly helps me with my water intake as I am enjoying the different flavours. Knowing I should drink water didn't make me do it but now your waterdrops make it a pleasure. Among the flavours I use is Peach and Ginger my only criticism is ginger is too subtle, that's a personal taste. Not often something to enjoy is good for you but your products tick both boxes.”
