“I am normally very happy with my Waterdrop orders but in this instance I was very disappointed. I placed my order on 15 December 2024 but it was not delivered until 2 January 2025.
When I raised a query with customer services, I was told to refuse the order BUT everyone knows that these days if you are not in the courier just doorsteps the items”

Awful customer service. You have to pay for any returns yourself and to the Czech Republic, so think £10-£30. Then go through an extremely unnecessary lengthy return process to get a refund. Getting my money back took two months, countless emails and was like squeezing blood from a stone.
There are many nicer bottles and accessories from easier and reputable companies like Camel. Wouldn’t ever waste my time with this company again.
And I definitely wouldn’t trust their cubes of water flavour, looks like poison to me. Just add a slice of fruit to your drink.”
