“I started using waterdrop earlier this year and every time I’ve dealt with them it’s been a pleasure. I had an issue with lid to the bottle I purchased and they offered to replace no problem. And to top it off I’ve been managing to drink my target amount of water every day since my first purchase!”

“The customer service is a joke. I received a defective item. (A sleeve of a glass bottle had stains; and when I washed it, the print pattern came off and faded). I reported this issue with evidence photos, and they offered me £5 voucher with a minimum purchase requirement and an expiry date 🤣 As it does not solve my problem, I suggested that I send back the whole thing for their investigation and they refund me - they became a ghost 👻 No response. 🤷🏻‍♀️ The bottom line is that they don't bother to check how this defective happened. There's no quality assurance mindset.”

“Really enjoying my water drop products. Started trying clean and zen and have progressed to regular purchases. My favourites are breeze, shiro and blueberry iced tea. Love having a few cubes in my handbag at all times. Pity it's quite expensive so it's a little luxury but worth it.”
