Very good place to visit, very clean and staff polite. Only down side to our experience is the camp site is very poorly lit up at night so will definitely need a torch

Very nice clean. Nice little welcome touches. Slow service in restaurant used 3 times and waited over 50 minutes for order each time but good food. Please fill the bird feeders up perhaps weekly. 😘

Lovely setting ... well run centre . Stayed with party of 10 was great. Centre is quite remote so more help with transport would be great - taxis etc. Accommodation was fab one things kettle was too small for 10 people.

Waiting 45 minutes each evening in the restaurant I found a bit long. Silly little things but please fill the bird feeders up daily that are at the end of lodgers. 😘

We enjoyed our stay so much, having 2 kids it’s not always easy to entertain them but having a pool onsite, eddies secret garden and a park definitely helped. The Waveney inn food is amazing too so was easy to grab a bite.

Lodge was lovely and we enjoyed our stay. However, we felt that there could have been a few more utensils in the kitchen to have made things a bit easier in the kitchen. Larger saucepans, different sized frying pans, more crockery. There were six of us and would have been good to have more cups. Also, there was a travel sized washing up liquid bottle which was a bit mean! It would have been helpful to have manual instructions for oven/dishwasher too. We enjoyed the hot tub-this was lovely but wished there had been a screen in front of it so that people could not see us when walking by. On the plus side, we had a problem with one of the showers-this was sorted very quickly. Everywhere was lovely and clean and the lounge area was very comfortable

The facilities are great! Swimming pool was warm and clean plus the onsite restaurant was nice. We hired a boat for the day which was also fab. Our stay in the lodge was enjoyable if I hadnt had to clean the lodge first...... quite grubby to be honest which was a disappointment.

Relaxing, clean and friendly.....top marks for lodges, may be too remote for some.

The actual centre and facilities were great for us and what we wanted. However, I do feel that for self catering accommodation the lodge was lacking on equipment to cook for yourself and not everyone can afford to eat out all the time. There was no tumbler or pint glasses if you wanted a drink indoors and I had to ask for a bottle opener. I think you need to make clear which lodges have pets in them as I am allergic to cat/dog hair and needed to take antihistamines during my stay even though the lodge appeared clean . The lodges are a little bit dated (furniture) but comfortable.

Leaving time from the cabin is far to early , especially as we were not allowed into the cabin to 16.00 on Monday this way we loose all must a day of our holiday.

A nice site, great accomadatipn however unless you go fishing or boating there is nothing to do. You need to travel a minimum of 15 miles to find anywhere of interest and at least 6 miles to get a meal or drink

Lovely site not too big and exceptionally clean and tidy , Carlton penthouse view excellent accommodation. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, nice small inn with tasty meals with lovely views over the marshes. Handy little ferry to allow you to go further afield. Enjoyed our stay in the peaceful surroundings thank you

Lovely location with good sized pitches. The wetrooms were a good idea but could be improved by the addition of a bin. Also, the water at the pot wash was not hot enough for me. On the plus side, the onsite pub was really nice.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. House keeping did not clean the room on one of the days but as somebody staying on my own this didn't bother me. I ate in the Waveney Inn every night and the food and service was very good and competitively priced. The only drawback was access to the centre being down a single track road for 2 miles but there are plenty of passing places and I suppose its remote location is part of the attraction to most of the guests.

Accommodation was good, beds comfortable although twin beds not full size ( I think you should state this on your website) Lounge/dining/kitchen area was spacious. Would have been nice to have more crockery and cutlery (and all matching) so we didn’t have to wash up mugs, bowls and spoons from breakfast to use in the evening. Play area needs a makeover and Eddies secret garden was disappointing. Pleasant location but not easy access along single track roads.

Fab place and wonderful location .... yurt was brilliant but dirty bed protectors and other people’s half eaten food under bed slightly tarnished the initial impression. Showers and facilities were clean and pub on site was good.

A great dog friendly place! You can make you break here as busy or as quiet as you wish. Friendly ‘crew’ -staff. Our lodge was in need of a few improvements, but overall happy with our stay.
