We had a great time Camping on Teal Pitch 1, great being so close to the play area which our kids aged 7 and 2 really enjoyed. The pool seemed well run and having to book time slots was good as it stopped overcrowding. We enjoyed the pub. Only real downside was the weather preventing us taking a boat out. Showers and toilets were clean every time we used them, I enjoyed a bit of fishing, all in all a peaceful well looked after site with just enough to keep us all happy. We will definitely return.

We had a great time camping on site. The food in the Waveney Inn on site is excellent and was pleased with the facilities on site.

We enjoyed our short time at the centre, but left due to high winds. We would have stayed if the staff would have been more helpful and moved us to a less windy plot. Being in the hotel trade myself I know this is hard but possible. Other bookings would have been for the weekend so could have moved us to an empty plot as we were there already and possibly others would not turn up. But the staff were not interested in going the extra mile to help.

An excellent campsite for families. Clean and friendly with plenty of facilities which are maintained to a very high standard. Staff are helpful. Pool could do with being open later than 5pm during school holidays though.

Charged on arrival despite previous payment through booking.com. Excellent room furnishings; disappointed room not serviced after our first night. Restaurant food good but limited menu options for vegetarians or those not wanting chips

Lovely setting, peaceful clean site with good amenities. Lovely friendly staff. Only down side, the roads leading to the site are hideously narrow.

Fantastic accommodation, lodge was brand new and very comfortable, but very overlooked on all sides so no privacy. Staff extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. Boat and canoe bookings easy and straightforward. Swimming pool disappointing due to the need to book one-hour swimming slots - this means it is rarely possible to swim when you want and having to replan days around available slots. This did not work for our family. Very peaceful and relaxing setting though.

After 5 nights in a lodge booked bysomeone else my wife and I stayed one night bed and breakfast. A very comfortable and well equipped room. The shower was one of the best hotel showers I have known. Breakfast was ok but we paid an OK price. Disappointing that there was no fruit etc. Centre itself is very pleasant and if in the locality would probably stay there again. Lovely place to walk around in the evening. All the staff we met were helpful and courteous.

Stayed in the glamping pods for 3 nights at the beginning of August. The mats in the pod were comfy but we ended up sleeping on the single benches as were concerned about the weight limit for the top bunk. All the staff on the site were really friendly, and the meals in the Waveney Inn were lovely, and it was great having a swimming pool on site. The only negatives were that there isn’t enough toilets/showers to meet demand. 12 for the entire site including campers, boats, caravans etc. Often queues. The area in front of the pods needs to be separated from the park by small bushes/ flowerbeds so that the children don’t play football in the directly outside of the pod area were you are trying to have a BBQ or relax. Signs don’t stop this and children not staying in the pods were playing football, and flying down the hill on there bikes which was very dangerous with small children playing on the park.

We stayed in one of the ground floor hotel rooms, Starboard, and it was very well appointed. The one way glass in the windows was a little disconcerting and we were never 100% certain we couldn’t be seen by passersby. The food in the hotel was fine although the menu had no non-cooked meals. One evening we requested a side salad with coleslaw on the same plate. Disappointingly, it was served on a very warm plate. Despite 3 real ale pumps, no “proper” beer was available for the first two evenings. Overall a 4.5/5 experience.

Had a very enjoyable stay in the Waveney Inn. Room although small and without a view was immaculate and very comfortable with lovely en-suite shower room and big fluffy towels. We ate several times there and food was excellent.

Had another nice holiday in London lodge. We came two years ago. Eddie's secret garden is a bit tired now. Needs attending. Bushes around the lodge need a tidy up. Shop has been halved in size, not much choice. Staff polite and helpful. Hired a boat for two days. Very good.

Wonderful peaceful setting, with plenty of different staying options. Grounds well kept, great play area for kids. Lovely heated indoor pool. Nice shower, toilet and washing up facilities. Whole site quiet by 10pm. Very helpful and friendly staff. Restaurant quite expensive when you consider the quality of the food. Ok if you enjoy school dinner quality. Vegetables boiled to the max and completely tasteless. Decking areas could do with sandpaper type grip on. Both my husband and I almost slipped over several times in various shoes with good grip on the dry decking areas leading to showers. And I slipped and fell quite badly on dry decking leading to pool, injuring my wrist and shoulder.

A lovely relaxing stay on a peaceful site. Our toddler loved the playground and swimming pool and we loved relaxing in our hot tub with views over the broads one he was in bed! The staff were all very friendly. The only thing I would say is that the pond dipping area in the secret garden could do with a bit of TLC as it is very overgrown.
