Location is lovely. The Farmhouse is a nice space but in need of some TLC. Local convenience stores are quite a distance from site (as onsite is somewhat limited and expensive) but we were still able to enjoy our stay.

Gorgeous location, well run facilities and super friendly and accommodating staff. Our pod was perfect for our short stay. Loved canoeing on the river and kids enjoyed the pool. Many thanks we’ll be back

Pretty good. Maybe a small toilet block by pub & reception would be useful as it's a longish walk to the block from pintail if wet.

We have had a lovely week camping here. The setting is stunning and it is a family friendly site. The staff at the boat hire were helpful particularly the man with the longer blonde hair. The toilets and dish washing area were always clean. The only reason we did not give it a 5 was that when we arrived we were beside lots of rubble where a jetty was being built. There was a lot of activity with diggers to get this finished for the English school holidays starting. I felt that this should have been completed before the start of the peak season (the start of the Scottish school holidays) as we were paying peak prices to stay here.

Good clean facilities and nice site - good efficient welcome. Just a few bits of feedback - Pool and changing rooms at 9 am not clean. Shame there is not s hedge / fence between car park and site. Boat hire good - we went to beccles sticking to speed limit - no time to get out (were told that it was 1 and quarter hours - more including mooring etc)

The park and the lodge beautiful we stayed at marsh lodge lovely watching wildlife and having privacy while in the hot tub only thing to moan about is the shops opening times rubbish food stock and expensive too many toys to drive mums and dads made also bar food nice but needs better menu however that didn't stop us enjoying the stay may go back

Absolutely loved our stay here , I would of given it a 5 only we wasn’t happy with dogs running loose ang kids running through our pitch. Apart from that it’s been fantastic!

Couldn't fault the Lodge, it was very clean and comfortable. Hot Tub was great. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Good food at the Waveney Inn and handy for hiring a boat. The only disappointment was we thought the shop could have been a bit better stocked.

Not quite what we were expecting, thought the Waveney Inn would be an older building with the rooms in it. The Inn is a fairly modern building and the rooms were in the next door building which houses reception and a shop. Having said that our room the ‘ captains cabin’ was large, well decorated with a comfy bed, tea/coffee making facilities and a large en-suite with large shower with plenty of hot water. The food we had at the Inn for our evening meal was ok, a lot of options had run out. My husband had a burger and I had mushroom stroganoff which was a bit strange, also had courgette in it which wasn’t to my taste. Our breakfast in the morning though was very nice, we both had full English which was hot and tasty. It’s obviously a popular place to camp, there’s a pool which we didn’t use. Overall a pleasant stay.

Great location very relaxing had a lovely time, Lodge clean and well looked after. I think the shop would be better selling a lot more food essentials and less toys and gifts. The Wi-fi is an issue, we run our own business and it’s essential to keep in contact even when on holiday unfortunately and in this day and age I think people expect this as standard were ever they stay.

Site and lodge good but found there was very little to do for our 2 year old and one year old grandchildren. Would have liked to see a soft play area. Nature reserve was too far from ferry unfortunately. Swimming pool good, play area good but again more suitable for older children, e.g. no baby swing seat. Although lodge 'Fritton' clean and spacious, we found cooker extractor not working and two cracked shower trays. Also water extremely hot on shower in twin room en suite. A perfect site for older children and adults.

We stayed in the Carlton penthouse with its fabulous views and lovely interiors. Clean, spacious. and warm. The small shop on site was well stock with stores if needed. The Waveney Inn menu has something for everyones tastes and its a good place to relax.

Great staff and clean facilities. Only 1 issue, the kingfisher pitches really need the hedges cutting lower and trimmed back.

We enjoyed our brief stay. Two issues noted for your consideration. Climbing the stairs is something of a challenge to the 'less mobile' residents. Secondly, it is rather tedious to pay at each visit to the bar. Why not allow for for the total bill- including food, payable, at the one final visit to the bar- or even better, at the dining table ?

Lovely area. Very dog and child friendly. The hotel room at the Waveney Inn was superb. Pool really nice and very quiet in school term time. Parking spaces rather limited at weekend.

The centre is great in itself. The pub serves fantastic food and all the waitresses are lovely. The lodge was very clean and tidy and hot tub was amazing. We have stayed in lodges before and this one was a little tired compared those. Not as luxury as we thought but still good. Having said that we had a great weekend, so peaceful and relaxed. We would go back again.

Had a lovely few days here, would definitely recommend, we stayed in the Beccles Lodge, very nice two small issues the television was too high and the single bed mattress wasn't very comfortable, but this didn't detract in anyway to the enjoyment of our stay. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Hopefully we will be back.
