Comfortable accommodation , quality take-away food from Waveney Inn and friendly staff. Standard Wi-Fi poor and upgrade rather essential. Hot tubs a welcome bonus as weather was poor.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely riverside location. Staff very friendly. and it was good to see all the necessary safety precautions were being conducted by them during our 3 night stay.

Stayed 3 nights in camper. Friendly helpful staff, nice site, clean facilities. Will be nice to come back when pool open and doors can be shut in restaurant. Kiosk opening times erratic due to staffing issues. Rained all 3 days but still enjoyed it. Thank you

We were booked from Friday 20th -Friday 27th March. Received an email at 8.50pm on Sunday 22nd saying site was closing down as from 10am Monday 23rd. We were unsure as to whether that was for new Arrivees or all staying there. We relunctly decided, due to lack more decisive advise, to pack up and leave. We did think a personal call to us in REEDHAM would have been the correct procedure. As we were driving off, I did have a short chat with 2 WRC staff, expressing our sympathy. We have enjoyed several visits to your site and we hope to be able to return again one day.

A remote location but lovely spot. Stayed in the newly refurbished family room in the Inn, perfectly equipped and double sofa bed was great in addition to a large main double bed. Great to have pool and restaurant, so for us it was a good stop over.

Used the WRC for the past 40 years! We have a boat and nearly every year book Moorings. 2019 March we visited with our Touring Caravan, we found the pitch quite tight ( getting on to the pitch with our outfit) facilities are very good and clean. Unfortunately we encountered the starting of Coronavirus, we dud appreciate the food delivery to us from the staff for evening meal Thank You

The room was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My only gripe would be that I had to ask for my breakfast and dinner vouchers that I had pre booked.

The lodge was warm, clean & bright. We loved the hot tub, it was plenty big enough. just a few little things, toilet seat was broke & as a big party we hired 2 lodges, the smaller one was “pet friendly” which we didn’t have, but it smelt of dogs.

Very nice reception, with useful shop. Good pub on site for food and warmth when required. Eddies Children's garden was not as it was reported to be - nothing there. Swimming pool was nice - shower area could do with regular clean. Nice warm showers.

A lovely lodge. The hot tub was very private and superb. The only niggle was that it was difficult to find a socket for the hairdryer.

Lovely place and great facilities. Only down side for us that we could find was that the bed in the master bedroom was only a double (we stayed in spa retreat 2). We are both over 6ft so came home a day early as were so tired from not sleeping well. Shame as if there was less storage (there’s plenty anyway) a bigger bed could be accommodated. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Lovely lodge!! A couple of criticisms would be the cleanliness of the swimming pool changing room and surrounding area. Also jacuzzi out of order all week which was disappointing. Dishwasher supplied in kitchen but no dishwasher tablets - these are normally supplied in luxury lodges.

A great break, warm chalet with lovely beds, bedding, towels, hot water and well equipped kitchen. Helpful that the chalet and pub are dog friendly. Really good staff.

Stayed in Ellingham. Fantastic accommodation very new and clean. Lovely welcome items, comfortable furniture & beds. Only needed a baking tray and some oven gloves & would be perfect. Hot tub was very nice.
