I open up account with Wayfair and place my order. The order was over a thousand. I wanted 12 months interest free. I call with in 5 to 10 min. later to make sure I received the interest free. I was told by the represent that it didn't go through. She told me the order would have to be cancel and replaced. The new order was deliver and did not work for us. They are charging a return fee of 360 to return the item. More than 30% of the cost. I asked if it could be wave or adjusted. I was told they have already made an adjustment for the first cancellation. If you place a order and it is not place correct and you catch it with in 5 to 20min. You should not be penalize for it. I would not recommend Wayfair to anyone.

Best business model. They have no idea no communication with their warehouse, the customer service do cute small talk to ease your frustration rather than providing a concrete reason about the delay. Worst business model, they do not deserve US market.

No so much wayfair as the courier. They never ring the bell and just dump the parcel on the doorstep so it’s tough if your not in. Collection is just as bad how can you wait in all day for them to collect an item it’s so rubbish The COurier is ups rubbish I will not order from Wayfair again ever

Four delivery dates and non of them met. Lied to by customer services again and again. All the time my orders was not been delivered and I was told it was back ordered or drop shipped by another company, Wayfair were advertising next day delivery for the same product. Terrible company, please do not use.

Ordered goods and still haven’t received 3 weeks later. Customer service Evan tells me he can’t do anything to assist and he can’t give any details on when I’ll be refunded as another department within Wayfair will need to get to be me. Rubbish customer service and delivery won’t be ordering again

Extremely disappointed I am extremely disappointed with the way my recent order was handled. I purchased an item on sale for approximately £59 in November, with a promised delivery time of two weeks. However, the item was damaged during transport and did not arrive on the scheduled date. I was not informed of this by Wayfair and had to contact them to find out what had happened. Upon doing so, the item was reordered with a delivery time of six weeks. During the fifth week, I received an email stating that my order had been cancelled without any explanation or options. When I contacted Wayfair again to inquire about this, I was told that the item had been discontinued and that I would receive £10 in compensation and a refund. It has now been almost two and a half months since my initial order, and I still do not have the item or my refund. Furthermore, I will now have to pay a higher price to purchase the item since it was originally on sale. The representative I spoke with, Ksenia, was polite but did not seem to fully understand my concerns and was unable to provide a satisfactory resolution. It felt like she was following a script without truly comprehending the situation. Wayfair should take responsibility for these issues and provide customers like myself with a reasonable solution. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the service and lack of common sense shown by Wayfair and will not be making any future purchases with your company.

I received a cardinal snow globe. The built in feature to move the snow does not work. A Wayfare associate I could pay for shipping ($18.00) and return it or keep it with a 25 percent refund. You want me to take a financial loss for something that doesn't work. You are a crooked company and I will try to convince others not to buy from you.

I'm writing to let you know that your company is a big fraud, you approved me for financing and when I ordered furniture for my daughter your company declined, I called and spoke to your office and your explanation was because my address and where the furniture was being delivered was not matching???? I always purchase things on online and have them delivered to family and friends different address and there's never being an issue, then the lady tells me that I should apply again, after this how damp do you think ppl are. I will do my shopping with other companies that values customers.

Placed and paid for a order for a cabinet , £250.00 back in beginning of October 2022. Still haven’t received it December 30th 2022. Tried to cancel order in November told to late as it was on its way . I want my money back as when I placed the order I was able to afford it now I’m out of pocket because apparently it’s going to cost me £50.00 to send it back .will never use this company again.

Cant get a refund for them sending wrong items I ordered 3 fitted sheets for a single bed, apprently they were out of stock but still let me place the order. Instead of contacting me to say they were out of stock and refunding me they sent out a double bed sheet ( dont have a double bed) and a single bed duvet cover set ( dont need more duvet cover sets). Contacted them about it and they wont refund me untill the items they just decided to send out that i didnt order are returned. So now I dont have the items I ordered, am inconvienced further by now have to source packaging to return the items in order to get a refund. I would recomend you dont use Wayfair because you have to resolve their mistakes for them in order to get a refund. to resolve this I have had to open a disputed payment with my bank as Wayfair would not resolve it

Do not buy from this company, i just called to cancel my order since it got bumped out a few weeks from when it was supposed to be delivered and they said they will see what they can do in cancelling it, i've been waiting forever for my refund, also it took 10 times to get through as i got hung up on or disconnected that many times. instead of saying ok your order has been cancelled they say wait 72 hours and we will let you know, I should of looked at the hundreds of bad reviews online before using this company

Got refund for chairs with wrong legs but just unpacked a dining table and not enough grub screws and washers to assemble. Only a minor thing as my husband has this sort of thing but not everyone has. Customer service is great but supply chain and warehouse woeful.

I accidently ordered the wrong item, so I went to cancel the order not long after and was told it was already being prepared for shipping, which I am sure it was not. I was going to order the more expensive set I meant to order…But from a company with better customer service. I will never order from Wayfair again

Appalling in every way, and reading reviews it sounds like they deliberately sell damaged overpriced stock on purpose and hope people just accept it. HORRENDOUS TO DEAL WITH. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I cannot begin to tell you how disappointing my last few interactions with Wayfair have been! They used to be very concerned with customer service, but the more they grow, the less they care. The last straw for me was one of my more recent purchases...I ordered a set of 2 chairs on October 18 with an estimated delivery day of Oct 22. I received an email that the chairs were on Backorder with an estimated delivery date of Dec 7. December 7th came and went and still no chair or notification. I called and spoke to someone who said that they would look into it and get back to me...days went by and I finally had to reach out again. When I finally spoke to a Wayfair employee, they assured me that they would get to the bottom of it. She informed me that although I had ordered a set of 2 chairs, the price I paid was for one. Mind you, the price I paid was the price on Wayfair! She informed me that the price difference from what I paid was over $1000...well, the set of 2 chairs (since my purchase to date) have ranged from $500-$572...I paid $283, so clearly not anywhere close to a difference of $1000. I called and left a voicemail and an email with Amy Gonzalez , the representative who had called and emailed me this incorrect information. After 6 days with no response by phone or email, I sent another email. This time, I received an email from Latasha W, stating the same incorrect information and that they were going to cancel my order (the one I have been waiting for for over 2 months). So once again I called and this time I was put in contact with a supervisor, Elizabeth, and she told me that Wayfair has the right to cancel any order regardless if it is their fault or not and that they would give me 15% off the chairs, which does not even cover how much they have gone up with the 'correct' price since after my purchase. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars with Wayfair as well as sending several clients to them each year...not anymore. Wayfair's obvious lack of concern or willingness to make things right will have me taking my business to someplace that actually values my business. This is sadly just one example of many disappointing experiences with Wayfair as of late.
