“We have used all kinds of transfers from Athens airport during the last 30 years. We've been ripped off and had taxis with falling brakes. We've met nice taxi drivers, but also some that were rude. Some drivers have spoken only greek. The pre-booked transfers have been expensive and sometimes not up to par. Your service seemed 'to good to be true' when we booked. Now that we've tried it, we know that it is exactly what travelers like us have wished for for years. You are above and beyond all others!”

“Welcome Pickups was extremely easy to schedule with before travel & their rates are easy to understand & very fair. Their drivers are cordial with good English language skills & are good conversationalists with which to have fun chats & get additional ideas for opportunities. Finding them is quite easy with easy to see name cards. We will definitely use them again for shuttle service.”

“We used this service both on arrival and departure fromAthens. This was the best transfer service we have ever had. The drivers interacted with us and gave us lots of information about Athens. A great service, keep up the good work! Michelle and Greg”

“Right on schedule with our name on Welcome P/U sign amidst the rest of the various sign/name pickups. Good online website to book and prepay with credit card. Email confirmation at booking and again with name and photo of driver when assigned and again if the driver is changed. Our drivers spoke English and gave as much travelog as desired. Remember to book as early as possible, I think it can't be done under 24 hours. The website also offers some museum tickets and phone cards prepaid and delivered by the driver, we did not take advantage of that. Our ride from the Piraeus Cruise Port for the 2 of us was essentially the same cost as the Ship's group bus and a lot more comfortable and direct and conversational.”

“We had 6 drivers in Athens (to and from hotel to airport) and 1 driver in Thessaloniki (from airport to Ktel bus terminal ). All the drivers where welcoming, friendly, informative and treated us as if we where old friends. So hospitable, which is so good when you are travelling in a different country. Would highly recommend qelcome pick ups to all.”

“Don`t even consider using any other company! We missed our 1255 flight to Athens and were re-booked on the 2140, meaning we would now arrive at 0315, NINE HOURS LATE. I e-mailed the company and then rang the previously supplied mobile number for Demitris, our driver. He answered at once and confirmed that he would be there to meet us. He was indeed there and there was no extra charge. Not only that, but he then gave us a guided tour of all the (illuminated) sites on route to our hotel. On the return trip, John was a joy. Prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. We have been lucky enough to have traveled extensively and this is the best customer service we have ever encountered.”
