“The entire process is about as quick and easy as is possible: book and pay online; then a couple of days before pick-up, I received an email with details of who my driver was to be, and how I could contact him if I had any questions or might be late. Then the same for the reverse journey (different driver). Both drivers, from Seville airport to hotel, and then from hotel to airport a week later, were friendly, professional and helpful, and the cars were clean and comfortable. Five stars all round for both of our drivers, Marcello and Joachin, and the overall Welcome service!”

“Very good service. Notified 4 days before flying out and back of drivers name and mobile number. Drivers met us at airport/hotel on time. Friendly and helpful with luggage. Thank you for your excellent service.”

“After a 20 minute delay getting off the plane at the airport, we thought the taxi would not wait but we were greeted by a very friendly driver. On the way back to the airport the taxi was on time and the driver was very friendly, welcome pickups taxi service is excellent and I would recommend it. Thankyou to our two drivers who made our start and finish to our holiday a pleasure.”

“we prebooked a pickup from the airport . Lovely driver who spoke english and a classy car. I didnt book both ways as i thought id see what the service was like . It was great so booked the return trip both drivers gave us interesting information during the drive. were waiting to collect us and were really helpful....id use them again”

“Excellent service from Welcome Pickups as well as our driver Ivo. Ivo was very professional as well as knowledgeable. Ivo was waiting for us in the arrivals hall and delivered us safely to our hotel. This is the first time we have used this company and will definitely recommend and use them again. “I booked Welcome Pickups for the transfers between Seville Airport and our hotel in Triana. The advance communications from Welcome Pickups were comprehensive. Providing the drivers names, photos and contact details in advance was excellent. Both drivers (Joaquin & Francisco) were waiting to collect us, which I really like. They were professional, polite and drove very safely. As we drove into Seville Joaquin gave us a lot of useful tips and the city map he provided was the best we found during our stay. On this evidence I definitely recommend Welcome Pickups and both Joaquin & Francisco.”
