“An excellent service especially if like me you are travelling alone. This was my first time abroad alone and it was very reassuring knowing who was picking me up. The cars are clean and comfortable and both drivers were polite and helpful. I would recommend this ervice to anyone.”

“We actually used them twice in 2 days. Both times, the drivers showed up early, loaded and unloaded the luggage, and gave great service. We have plans to use them every trip. Definitely 5 star service.”

“Easy to book online. Very punctual and efficient. Our driver was friendly and spoke good english. The price was 48 euros for an early morning pick up, the same price as a Rome taxi”

“I have used several private transfer companies, but no other company compares with Welcome Pickups. From the initial booking to the final pick up back to the airport, the service received was excellent, i.e. Confirmation and customer service received by the booking team, Communication and service received from the drivers was second to none, plus the cost involved, was far less than other quotes received, which was a bonus, but I would definitely pay a bit more to receive such service. Welcome Pickups excelled at every level and I will not hesitate in using them again.”
