“Booked a transfer from the airport to hotel. Flight was delayed over an hour. Driver Antreas K was very responsive to messages and was waiting when flight arrived. He offered to drive me to restaurant to meet friends, and even insisted I confirm they were there waiting before leaving me. Above and beyond!! Made a female traveling alone feel very safe. Would highly recommended this service.”

“We booked four transfers with Welcome Pickups in Greece. All transfers were very efficient. In the two cases where we were collected at airport arrivals, our plane was over an hour late. However, each driver waited for us and was most courteous and informative during the transfer. In the two cases where we were picked up from our apartment, each driver was either a few minutes early or on time. We highly recommend Welcome Pickups and will use this service again.”

“Our driver Bhagwant Singh was very kind, helpful, considered and good. We were a group of 3 women friends from Iceland. Two of us with physical impairments that needed special assistance. He drove us from May Ramblas hotel to Barcelona Prat and gave us interesting information on the way. He is the best!”

“We are a group of three women, friends from Iceland that where in Barcelona on a conference. Two of us have impairments and need special assistance. Our driver was very helpful, considered and nice. He took very good care of us and we felt in safe hands. He was also nice to talk to and gave us interesting information about Barcelona on the way and we enjoyed very the ride.”

“Money grabbing company. I made a round trip reservation (trips 3 days apart) but had to cancel within 5 hours. They charged me for both trips. I understand they would charge me for the first lag of the trip (since it was too close to the time) but to charge me for the second lag which was 3 days away was absurd. Will be filing dispute through my bank”

“Raj was great watched our flight and adjusted for the late arrival and when I called him to inform him that the customs only one agent he was super patience and waited for the authorities to process our passports. Just a pleasure having Raj for a driver.”
