“Société très fiable, offrant des chauffeurs très professionnels et serviables. Pour notre part, notre premier chauffeur nous a aidés à récupérer tardivement nos billets de ferry à notre arrivée au port du Pirée à Athènes car nous devions partir tôt le lendemain matin. Il nous a franchement bien aidés. De plus, toute mauvaise surprise est évitée, le prix étant payé auparavant. Je recommande les yeux fermés. Merci.”

“Ivan turned up right on time. He gave us plenty of knowledge on where to visit our next time in Prague. He supplied us with some welcome water. I can highly recommend Welcome Pickups. Many thanks to Ivan.”

“The only reason I have rated this “good” and not “very good” is because of the transfer we had in Prague. We have used Welcome for our transfers in Prague, Barcelona and Lisbon as well as a return transfer in Prague. They were all really good experiences except for Prague where our driver was surly, didn’t speak to us at all and when we arrived close to our accommodation, just basically left us to find it ourselves where the other drivers have shown us right to the door.”

“Excellent conducteur rassurant et très gentil. Site très sécurisé avec personnes de confiance. Meilleur alternative lorsqu'on part à l'étranger, mieux vaut payer un peu plus qu'en transport en commun pour éviter bien des contraintes ! Très satisfaite du service. Merci”

“I recently booked a return transfer from Ibiza to a villa. The initial booking was easy and I enjoyed receiving the confirmation email. What I didn't like was the very late driver allocation. It wasn't until a few hours before that we had the driver details both there and back and I must have rang over 5 times each way to chase these details. It didn't leave me much hope to be honest. However our driver both was lovely and very punctual. The minibus was very hot with no A/C but that's not a huge problem. I would book again knowing that the transfer did turn up both ways but I did not enjoy the waiting for confirmation considering I booked a few weeks in advance. The driver also changed 3 times each way on the day. All in all OK but could have been better. Wasted a lot of time ringing customer services.”
