“We had a wonderful experience with Daniela Pantane. She was prompt, efficient, and charming. Never a concern and we were so impressed with her that we canceled our original booking with another company for a pick up the next day, and booked with her right then. I would highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them for private tours as well as transportation. Thank you Daniela! Kristi and Gary”

“Thank to Welcome pickups for their service. Our flight was delayed but it was no issue for the pickup service. Upon our arrival into Casablanca, we were informed of where to meet and the driver was very friendly and welcoming. The car was clean and spacious. The driver assisted with the bags. I would recommend the service to others. Many Thanks. Andrew.”

“the driver used google to check flight status which was delayed but not updated on google , we have arrived the airport but no one was there , I while booking you asked for flight number and we give this means you have to check flight status from company website not from google . out flight was delayed and we lost our money in this non professional company and when I contacted the driver he said that he left Madrid airport and if we want transfer we need to pay more and at the end we took a normal taxi which was 10 euro cheaper than the amount we paid for this company, the way of communication for them is wapp which is not convenient as sometime you have no internet”

“I highly recommend Welcome Pickups. I booked 3 transfers before I flew to Athens. I read quite a number of good and not-so-good reviews. I was hesitant but thought to try it anyway and I am glad I did. I booked a transfer from Lavrio to Athens city center hotel for 10:00 AM pick up 2 days before schedule. The cruise docked earlier than expected, I messaged our driver Mr. Theodor B.if he can pick us up earlier than scheduled and he did. It made our day. That was very nice of him. Over all, all 4 transfers booked were successful, All drivers assigned to us were all wonderful, the cars were clean, smell good, soft music was played, and most importantly safe and effecient drivers. Effkharisto, Mr. Panagiotis B. Mr. Theodor B., and Mr. Petros P.”

“I was charged USD85 (NZD140) for a one way trip from Gold Coast Airport to Broadbeach. That is at least twice as much as any other taxi company and my taxi was an Uber! I have complained many times but the company will not budge and refund the overpayment. The quote on the website was AUD44. At no time did they quote in US Dollars. I would not use this taxi service again and recommend that anyone else do the same. Since writing this review and after much tooing and frowing, the company has refunded 50% of my payment, which I am happy with.”
