“Goed geregeld. Bij aankomst een berichtje dat de chauffeur stond te wachten. Goede rit gehad met zelfs een flesje water. De volgende zal ik zeker weer boeken via Welcome Pickups.”

“New and professional service to rent car with driver. My experience from Naples Railway station to my house in Torre del Greco was great. Driver was on time professional an friendly and car was so clear and in good conditions with a bottle of still water form me. Ottima esperienza per un transfer dalla stazione centrale di napoli a casa mia. Nuovo servizio di noleggio auto con conducente molto efficiente. Il guidatore e stato professionale amichevole e precisissimo e la vettura in ottime condizioni e pulita con acqua naturale da bere a disposizine”

“Our driver, Rafia Mohamed is an excellent driver and very sensitive to the needs of his passengers. We were exhausted after two days of nonstop travel and he let us rest quietly for the duration of the ride, which was deeply appreciated. We felt safe at all times and quite comfortable not only in the vehicle itself but with his handling of it. He is an asset to the Welcome Pickups company and put a very, very good face on Morocco for my first experience visiting the country.”

“I came in early - flight was early. Two of my companions did not show up. But welcome driver found wife and I and took us to our hotel. Great job! I'd do this again.”

“The flight was delayed the diverted dur to bad weather so we missed the drivers alotted pickup. 6 hours later we arrived at the original pick up point. Welcome still picked us up and took us to hotel. The service was excellent”

“I bookedyour taxi, but did not get aconfirmation. It made me doubt if the booking had been successful. Next day I got again your message " donot forget to book your return"That made my doubt greater. I was so confused...was it booked or not.... do I have to book now? At the reception of the hotel they got a message that my taxi to " the airport" !!!! would come to pick me up. That was the third time you confused me ( I wanted to go to the trainstation J. Sorolla!!) To much confusion !!! I decided to take a taxi in the street. And I was very surprised.. the price to drive me to the train station J. Sorolla was€6,75 . You charged me €22,= !!! What a difference. A good reason not to book your taxi on line!!!”
