“Some of the items I could not use a little string of house lights were broken on arrival and the tree ‘ topper was far too heavy to use so it was also not used . The communication re’ delivery was non existent I had to continually email to ask for updates so not a great first experience .”

“This little village is enchanting . My niece loves white company so I thought this would work so well in the Cotswolds . I put batteries in it , it’s lovely and bright . Might be nice to put some little green trees in there . Very good value for money and a good size .”

“I purchased the 7' flocked tree. I have only put it together to check it was all there so far. I'm very pleased with it but would mention a couple of points. It did shed the snow a lot and I am hoping that is just the first time out of the box. It was very difficult to locate the mains cable it is so tightly fixed and camouflaged to one of the bottom branches that it took me ages to find.”
