“I'm a returning customer & after waiting patiently for my new Merry Christmas silhouette to arrive Unfortunately part of the tubing didn't light up so was faulty!
I went on We R Christmas chat to arrange return & found the process very stressful as video evidence was required despite me providing several photos! Almost not believing me!
Eventually return was granted & am awaiting for my replacement although no further contact regarding my return or dispatch of my replacement.
I still have faith that Elliot will sort out my issue.”
