“My order was 1 piece of 1/2”X36” square dowel. It arrived broken - a splintered break that resulted in a loss of 6”. Fortunately I was able to get all the lengths I needed in the remaining 30”. UPS probably caused the damage, though I can’t really fault them. The dowel was packed in an oversized box - would have held at least 12 pieces - and there was no packing material to fill the extra space. And the piece was NOT wrapped for protection. It was literally loose and rattling around in the box.”

“I have been buying the small finials for about six years through Amazon until this last order. When I couldn't find them on Amazon I went, to the source, Woodpeckers Crafts. I found what I needed and had used in the past. I use the finials to add a finished look to the dowels I use to hang the latch hook wall hangings I make. I believe the finished look provided by your finials helped the ribbons I have earned the past six years at the Arizona State and Maricopa County fairs.”

“The cutouts were thicker than I thought they would be. Good quality wood. I'm using them as ornaments so I wish they were drilled. I drilled myself and had to sand edges a bit. Haven't painted yet.”
