“The customer service is excellent! My order was lost by FedEx in Memphis and after 10 days did NOT arrive. When Woodpeckers was informed, they offered to and sent me a replacement order without charge just, so I could get the items I originally ordered. The replacement order arrived in 4 days, which allowed me to complete my project. Thank you Woodpeckers Craft.”

“I purchased what I thought was 3 pegs it ended up being 1. I needed 3 total and asked if they would be willing to give me discounted shipping since I had just placed the other order and they said no. So I placed my order at home depot.”

“All went well with my order. It came on time and the pieces were just fine quality wise. I saw a baseball game board online but didn't like the design, so I thought I'd try to make one. One of the details I didn't like about the "prefab" game was it didn't have a pitcher's mound. I used the 1 1/2" split wood balls for the mound. I drilled a 1/4" hole through it and used a dowel to mount into my drill press to sand off the top of the mound. It worked great!”
