“We ordered these at the end of July and a month later we still have not received them. When we contacted Woodpeckers the response was they can't do anything about it as it is the shipping conpany have it.”

We are so sorry that you are experiencing this issue! We really try to clear up shipping problems whenever possible. We also provide a third party world-wide carrier as a service to our international customers. International shipping understandably can take longer than expected. We take responsibility for timely order fulfillment, but have no ability to expedite the process once the carrier company has picked up the package.

“I was very pleased with quality and timeliness of my purchase of the 8”x12” unfinished wood trays. I had been searching for a way to creatively frame up some encaustic art paintings that were done on non traditional sized panels. The Woodpeckers Crafts product offered a desired look I was going for on the final presentation of the pieces. The wood edges also absorbed my walnut ink wash beautifully . I received many compliments on the new body of work and the framing at my recent hurried art show. I will be buying this product again for this series of work and looking forward to purchasing other products as well. Thank you team at Woodpeckers Crafts!”

“Everything went well with ordering and shipping. The panels themselves are great, although I wish they were a bit thicker. I ended up fusing two together per project and it was perfect!”

“I own a custom picture framing business and we use square dowels to secure glass floats into the rabbet of the assembled frame. I was pleased to find your 3/16" x 48" product as we have had problems finding the 3/16" in recent years. The 1/4" also works, but frame rabbets vary in width from 3/16" to 5/16" so it is a bit too wide for about 25% of the frame rabbets. In prior years, the hobby stores stocked what I needed but as of 2019, I was unable to find what I needed. Thank you Woodpeckers for your vast assortment of products.”

“I use Woodpeckers 2 3/8" wood rounds to make signature medallions to insert in the bottom of wood bowls and platters that I make. I use a self designed branding iron to burn a logo in to the wood round. I then insert the round (medallion) into the pieces I have made. The wood rounds are perfect for this application.”
