“Baby sheepskin beautiful. I had to return a couple of items because they were not as required (I did not think the small wool blanket was quire soft enough for a baby), but found the staff very helpful.”

“I am very pleased with the level of service from the Wool Room, I ordered a 100% wool mattress enhancer and a mattress protector on the 23rd Dec 2015 and it arrived on the 30th Dec. They were in constant contact with me through text and email advising delivery date and time, I would highly recommend the Wool Room for quality and service.”

“The pillows arrived very promptly and were beautifully presented in their own bags. I find them very comfortable and am looking forward to sleeping on them for a long time to come. My partner likes flatter pillows and if these were available I would probably buy another pair.”

“So I've been waiting for a little while before I wrote a review just to be sure I liked the topper and wool duvet that we got from the wool room. I have to say I didn't think it was possible that heat could actually be regulated so well and also that the comfort levels could be improved that much. Its really incredible, we've had microfibre for ages and always found it hard to get the temperature right in bed. You wake up too hot or are too cold all night long. But since we've added the wool topper and duvet to our bed its amazing how well my wife and myself are both sleeping. Its amazing the heat in the bed is just perfect and the pillows we got are also super comfy. Can't believe and we're delighted! The wool room where perfect to deal with everything arrived in great time and packaged really so well. Couldn't recommend wool more!!! Get it you won't regret it..!”

“Came across the site by chance, can not rate it highly enough. I have used wool duvets for quite a few years and would never go back to feather. I brought the super luxury heavy weight and I am so pleased I can not rate it enough. the service and speed of delivery was excellent. This site will be in my address book for many years. Thank you”

“I'm a great believer in the properties and sustainability of wool, and even better if I'm purchasing British, so didn't need much convincing. What drew me to the Woolroom was the detailed information on each product and the fact that manmade linings (I call crisp packet lining) are not used. My duvet is great and am considering the pillows next. Delivery was fantastic, really impressed!”

“Ordered a mattress protector that feels lovely my sons night sweats aren't as bad. Also have a wool cot bed protector which my baby loves, and I love my wool pillow to snuggle into. When I need a firmer pillow my wool/alpaca pillow does the job.”
