“I was looking for just the right present for two tricky brothers- in-law, the alpaca scarves were just the job. They are soft, warm and a perfect colour for these men ( dark grey)”

“Purchased a 3-6 tog wool duvet for the winter months. Easily the best bedding purchase I have made in decades. Lightweight with great thermal properties (i.e. not too hot or cold). Highly recommended!”

“Excellent communications keeping you informed of progress of prompt delivery. The pillow is wonderful. Just the right amount of give so my neck is at rest, giving me a great sleep. A slightly bigger pillowcase is required but it is well worth it.”

“Bought a wool pillow from a high street retailer a couple of months ago. It was very cool but horribly lumpy. Saw the Wool Room pillows online and liked the way pillows are filled with little curls that can be removed or added to, so I purchased two. Mr Grumpy (my other half) who loathes change or any kind, muttered and moaned when I replaced his terrible old pillow with a new Wool Room one. Next morning? Utter silence, no groans, no complaints of "my neck''s killing me" and a week or so later he conceded it was the best night's sleep he as ever had. As for me- blissful cool sleep (well, except for the snoring beside me)! Bravo, Wool Room - and I've recommended to all my friends too!!”

“I ordered a bag of wool to adjust the pillow I had bought at the Norfolk Show in July . It was despatched promptly at no cost for postage. I am now sleeping soundly on my pillow perfectly adjusted for me! Very pleased.”

“I have bought several products from The WoolRoom. Love the solid cardboard cylinders the alpaca bedding arrived in. The bull footstools are fab and my latest purchase-the felt sheep rug- is cute and perfect vegetarian alternative to a sheepskin rug for grand baby-to-be. Great quality and prompt delivery.”

“On collection the outer wrap was badly damaged (at this point I was unaware the pillow was in an outer bag). I sent a photo of it along with a note that I was a bit disappointed that's was given a date for delivery then late in the day was sent an email to say it would be the following day....no reply! Not impressed at the service, love the pillow but unsure if I'd use the wool room again.”

“The duvet it's nice, light and warm. So nice to be together early in the mornings and have this comfortable duvet then I'm feeding baby. With merino wool sleeping bag he was awake more often then duvet. Room temperature time about 18-21 C. I think he was feeling cold in his cot bed. He is 6months but he weighs 10kg and he is very strong baby I always checking on him. I think he is safe and improves sleep.”
