My package arrived on time and thank you for the emails detailing the time when package was meant to be delivered. This helped to reduce unnecessary waiting time. Best service ever and I am happy to recommend this company to family and friends.

Ordered deluxe bedding set superlight, plus deluxe topper and additional superlight. 1.5 tog duvet and pair of classic pillows. Rank order is that topper absolutely came out best for comfort and quality. Bedding set and additional duvet very good, put to test by sudden hot weather and performed reasonably, but despite reported 1.5 tog, not significantly better than my existing climarelle 2.5 tog duvet and a similar silk duvet. Adjustable deluxe pillow works well but could do with an inner liner. Tdefinitely needed some of the wool clusters removed and remainder fluffed out. The big surprise/concern was to see classic pillows need to be dry cleaned. That seems very unwise from a safety and allergy point of view, given fumes. My dry cleaner will refuse to take them on those grounds.Also overly firm so only good for support rather than sleep. Rating reflects those concerns.

Thank you for your feedback Mrs Laurie, im sorry to hear that your are not 100% happy with your purchases. As stated our Deluxe range is indeed machine washable but you are correct in saying that our Classic and Luxury ranges are dry clean only. Johnsons Dry Cleaners offer a Green Earth service that is designed to treat more technically difficult fibres such as Wool and Alpaca, this service is much more environmentally friendly than their normal service and is able to safely treat the wool as required. Super service. Was a little dubious about a wool duvet but liked the idea. So pleased we gave it a try. The duvet appears thin when you first see it, but needn't have worried it's great. Suits both my husband and me. Light to sleep under and really comfortable. Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent tracking service. Loved being able to track the delivery driver on his route as he got closer and closer to my house. Delivered promptly absolutely wonderfully soft and warm mattress topper

As the first throw I sent for seemed pale I returned it and enclosed some of the Moon wool fabric I had used for curtains and bedhead it had to tone in with. Lewis in head office emailed a picture of my fabric with alternative throws and I was able to choose an alternative. Excellent service. very pleased with the quality of the throw as well.

The wool mattress topper arrived quickly and securely packed. I ordered it to make my new firm mattress more comfortable. On it's own, the wool mattress topper would struggle to do that. However, combined with a memory foam topper (underneath the wool room topper), it works very well. I don't like the fact that emails from The Wool Room fail to meet security requirements of my Norton virus software and are parked in my junk until I clear them. Why is the Wool Room a risk? Perhaps it needs to do something here. It's the only time a company's emails are continually binned for security risk reasons.

I now have the mattress topper, duvet and pillows and love the comfort and blissful temperature they keep me at. I have a memory foam mattress and my husband and I were overheating a lot; this has stopped now much to our relief. I also bought a mattress for my son which he loves. It is very comfortable and I am looking forward to replacing my mattress with a wool one in the future.

I was not expecting a wool pillow to be so comfortable. I love it and will slowly replace them all. The Wool duvet is great too, a better nights sleep for sure!

I like your products and have bought things in the past. My last order was a problem. I ordered two sale items and my order went through. This was on the 2nd or 4th of April. A day or two later, I received a phone call to say that the items were out of stock and should not have been shown as available. Checking my credit card statement yesterday (15th) I saw that my payment had not been credited back to me. I rang and did receive an apology and the payment has now been credited back to my account but this was not the best service.
