“Very easy order process and goods arrived well packaged and at the time promised. I had already seen the footstools so knew what to expect and I wasn't disappointed. Both the Aberdeen Angus and Highland Cow are very well made and have plenty of shaggy wool covering. I had to ring the office after I placed the order as I'd made a typo on the delivery address, the lady who answered was extremely pleasant and helpful and corrected the mistake as soon as the online order reached her. I'd definitely use the Wool Room again.”

“I was a bit worried about ordering wool as a duvet cover and pillow filling but so glad I did. Wish I had discovered them earlier. The products are amazing and the wool is strangely warm but breathable so you don't get too hot. Have recommended to everyone. Delivery was fast and the items came in lovely storage bags.”

“Great Product & great service. I really love the product I bought which is a 1.5 tog light wool filled duvet. My parents need a really light blanket so I bought this for them and they loved it. I also had to rearrange my delivery at the last minute and called in to Wool Room as I couldn't figure out how to change it myself. They rearranged for me with no complaints- and I was able to get it delivered to a local shop so that I could pick it up after work.”

“Purchased a double de-luxe matress topper this week and after only two nights am completely impressed with the experience! My wife complained that our existing memory foam topper always made her too hot but now, with the wool matress topper on top we are both very comfortable.”

“I am writing to give feedback regarding the high standard of service i received from your staff at the Edinburgh Wool Room. I had visited the shop prior to my purchases and decided to seriously consider buying a new mattress. Ann Marie and her staff were very helpful , they gave me all of the information i needed and i decided to buy one of the King size wool mattresses. I bought a mattress and two wool pillows as well as some blankets. The goods arrived as promised and my old mattress was taken away as requested. The mattress is so comfortable , my husband returned home from hospital and says he has never slept so well. Thank you Wool Room, if we happen to be near your factory we may call in to see what other products you have.”

“Excellent product and exceptional service given by Gemma in Peak Village. A delivery problem (not the Wool Room's fault) was very efficiently resolved and our new bedding was delivered the next day. We're delighted with our luxury warm duvet, mattress protector and pillows. It's hard to explain how the duvet is different to a feather duvet but it really is. Snug and cosy is the best we can come up with. We highly recommend this company and this product and if you have the chance to call in to see Gemma, you will get fabulous service too.”

“Rang customer services to place my latest order from 'The Wool Room' and after a very pleasant relaxed conversation my order was sorted out. Quick delivery, and as expected the wool pillows are top quality and so comfortable. We now have the whole bedding package from sheepskin under blanket to duvet and pillows. A good nights sleep is so important to our health and we certainly get one since investing in our natural wool bedding.Thanks again to 'Wool Room' for first class service!!”

“I have bought the wool duvet and two wool pillows I am impressed with both sleeping better in fact don't want to get out of bed in the morning. The pillows are great as you can unzip them and separate the wool inside if they get a little hard brilliant, well done the wool shop.”

“All season duvet arrived within 2 days of ordering, in a lovely carrying bag. Took a few days to soften up (very stiff at first and hard to fit in the duvet cover) but now it's wonderfully cosy and draping around us snugly. Very happy with it.”

“I love our new wool duvet set. I live in California, so it can get cold, but not that cold. I use the lighter weight duvet on top of my mattress cover, but under the fitted sheet. The middle weight duvet is on top of our top sheet, but under a light weight quilt. We stay perfectly cozy... love it!!”

“We recently purchased the luxury wool duvets, a mattress protector , pillow protectors and pillows and are delighted with them all. Although much thinner than our old down duvets, they are equally warm and cosy and the pillows are not only very comfortable and supporting but I no longer suffer with sweating as I did with our down equivalents. I am also very comforted by the anti allergen properties and had not realised the facts about bed bugs in alternative materials before we looked into buying wool- yukk!!!!! I am hoping this might reduce the problems I have with my annual bouts of bronchitis going forward. Finally the service we received was friendly , approachable and knowledgeable without a hard sales pitch. It was a pleasure to do business with the Wool Room and I thoroughly recommend both the company and their products”
