“After suffering with awful night sweats, I did some research online and found that wool bedding could help with that. I wasn't entirely convinced and was concerned about how much more expensive it was compared to normal cotton/polyester bedding. However, I was desperate to ease the night sweats,so I decided to give them a try, especially as they offer a 30 day money back guarantee. I ordered a mattress topper and an all season quilt, which arrived quickly and came in a lovely fabric carry bag. For the first few nights I didn't notice much of a difference and was expecting to return them, but I wanted to give them more of a chance. I'm so pleased I did, as I started to notice a reduction in my night sweats. I was normally getting them nightly but I started to wake up dry and was sleeping through the night. Then after a few weeks, I was going most nights without a night sweat. I'm just over the moon with how they have helped me and I find them very comfortable to sleep on and under. They are really well made and good quality and genuinely do reduce night sweats. I would recommend them highly to anyone that over heats at night or has night sweats due to medical issues ( as mine were). I have occasionally had to sleep elsewhere with normal bedding and I had a night sweat so I know that my wool bedding has almost completely eliminated them. Thank you Wool room!”

“The duvet arrived, very nicely packaged, the day after I ordered it. It's for a guest bed so I haven't tried it but our guests say it was lovely to sleep under. I suspect that I'll be purchasing one for my husband and I soon!”

“Very good choice on web site, but beware that all bedding sets only include STANDARD WIDTH pillows. We assumed King size sets included king size pillows. Web pages need to be clearer on this. Our mistake for not reading the whole page thoroughly (it was right at the bottom!). The Custom Bedding Builder allows choice of pillows. Apart from above, good buyingexperience, very good customer service sorting out OUR mistake, and excellent products.”

“I have a dust mite allergy and after reading the reviews about the wool room, have purchased a King all season duvet. Mattress topper,2 pillows and2 pillow covers. I was very impressed with the quick delivery and excellent products. I will be keeping them until I can visit a shop to see and try out ,a King mattress ,as I read they are excellent for dust mite allergy and have no nasty toxins.looking foreward to having a dust mite free night in the future!!”

“I ordered a baby cot mattress and am very pleased with the quality and depth. It will be extremely comfortable for my granddaughter and, of course, she will not be subjected to any of the "nasties" found in the usual cot mattresses. It arrived on the day stated, in the morning, so I did not have to wait in for ages. Altogether a very good experience.”

“I bought a few items in the hope of helping my husband with night sweats - two nights success so far. The mattress topper is brilliant quality and worth every penny in comfort alone. I'm hugely impressed at the wool room's customer service as well as their priducts. I did unfortunately have a fault in one of my orders, I was dreading receiving the usual run around - I need not have worried. One phone call and received a replacement 2 days later. I suspect they might be a little dearer than others who proclaim to produce the same quality - I'm so glad I didn't buy cheaper versions. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this business and their products to anyone.”

“Having been a poor sleeper for sometime now, and trying all sorts of remedies, I read an article in The Sunday Telegraph's supplement Stella regarding six buys for a better night's sleep. I decided to first purchase a Woolroom luxury Alpaca duvet. To my absolute amazement, I have been experiencing longer periods of sleep than I had done previously. I then decided to compliment the duvet by purchasing a wool mattress protector. I would certainly recommend anyone who has sleep problems to buy from The Wool Room. Delivery is also second to none. “I live in the US and my initial questions regarding sizing and shipping were answered promptly. Once ordered our duvet was shipped next day and arrived within a week. We were so satisfied that we ordered a second (lighter) duvet for summer use. Will definitely order from the Wool Room in the future.”

“I purchased a cheaper wool quilt from a different manufacturer several years ago, we needed a new quilt for the spare bed, so decided to put the old one on there and upgrade ours to a Woolroom one. The Woolroom one may be dearer, but the difference is amazing, it is warmer and feels far more cosy, but still controls our body temperature so neither of us overheat. It also feels thicker without any extra weight. The saying 'you get what you pay for' is definitely true here. Website was easy to order through and delivery was quick with an hour time slot text'd to my mobile on the delivery morning.”

“Ordered a mattress, topper, mattress protector and 2 x wool pillows, all from The Wool Room. We were looking for comfort and 'thermo-regulation', and the bedding had to be washable. The anti-dust mite quality was an added extra. The website is good, customer services were helpful and the delivery was excellent. We are both thrilled with the quality and comfort of our purchases. I still get a little hot at night, but my husband says he is very comfortable. The topper and duvet do have quite a strong smell of lanolin at first, and I recommend giving them a good airing before putting them on the bed. Otherwise no complaints - just hope the dreaded London moth doesn't like them too!!”

“I recently purchased two wool matress covers after sleeping on similar products in Australia and finding them incredibly comfortable. Initially one had a slight manufacturing defect, and this problem was dealt with in the most efficient, fast and curteous way.
