“I needed a new mattress. I tried loads of conventional ones in shops and got totally confused by the choice out there and nothing felt 'right', but I did a bit of research and thought that wool was the way to go due to it's great natural qualities. I took a total chance on ordering one from the wool room. I liked the fact that it was made in the UK, that the wool was locally sourced, etc. I placed my order, was contacted by Rob at the Wool Room straight away to sort out delivery, arranged a date and the mattress was delivered on that date by a great crew who confirmed delivery the night before and phoned when they were getting near. The mattress is divine! You sink into it a little way and then it is supportive - obviously it's going to take a little time to settle in, but I've not woken up with hip or shoulder pain since I've been sleeping on it (only 4 nights so far). It's a bit like sleeping in a hug! Excellent service, excellent product - perhaps they'll give me a wool duvet to try for being so gushing about them :) If you have the funds (and the pricing for the item is very reasonable looking at similar products) you are paying for decent quality that should out last a lot of the high street stuff and you are supporting UK business.”

“I ordered light weight luxury duvet ( 200 gm) and pillow. both very good quality. exactly as described. Useful calico storage bags. The items arrived very quickly, well packaged. I find sleeping on/ in wool much more comfortable and less sweaty than even a good quality feather duvet etc. I already have a wool mattress topper so can recommend ' the total wool experience'.”

“Super service. Was a little dubious about a wool duvet but liked the idea. So pleased we gave it a try. The duvet appears thin when you first see it, but needn't have worried it's great. Suits both my husband and me. Light to sleep under and really comfortable. Would recommend to anyone.”

“As the first throw I sent for seemed pale I returned it and enclosed some of the Moon wool fabric I had used for curtains and bedhead it had to tone in with. Lewis in head office emailed a picture of my fabric with alternative throws and I was able to choose an alternative. Excellent service. very pleased with the quality of the throw as well.”

“I now have the mattress topper, duvet and pillows and love the comfort and blissful temperature they keep me at. I have a memory foam mattress and my husband and I were overheating a lot; this has stopped now much to our relief. I also bought a mattress for my son which he loves. It is very comfortable and I am looking forward to replacing my mattress with a wool one in the future.”
