“recently purchased deluxe mattress toppers, very luxurious. Also a medium weight deluxe duvet, perfect weight and temperature for colder nights. We now have mattress toppers, duvet and pillows and are in heaven!”

“With 2 superking-sized wool duvets, these plastic poppers are hopelessly inadequate; the poppers come apart, so the 2 duvets constantly separate and bunch up inside a duvet cover. Some of the poppers don't close firmly enough either and swiftly come apart, even just when the duvet cover is being changed on an empty. Plastic poppers are simply unsuitable for 2 duvets of this weight. It infuriates me every time I have to change the duvet cover; no matter how you try, the damn things separate and I end up with a lumpy, unmanageable, uncomfortable duvet.”

“I have had neck problems for years and have struggled to find any pillow which helped. I saw the Wool Room mentioned in an article online so looked into it further. To be honest I wasn't that optimistic as nothing so far has worked but I liked the sound of the wool pillow and the fact it was approved by the British Allergy Foundation was a plus as I always seemed to wake up feeling bunged up. So I took the plunge and ordered a wool pillow and also a wool mattress topper - I have a very hard mattress and wanted something to take the edge off. I have been very pleasantly surprised by both items - I don't know how the pillow does it but it really works in terms of supporting my neck and my allergies have stopped! The mattress topper makes the bed so cosy and I have definitely been sleeping better - I'm not waking up like I used to during the night. I am a bit of a sceptic about grand claims by companies but seriously this wool is magic! I am going to buy a wool duvet and another pillow when I can.”

“I am thrilled with the blanket I bought. However, it has not arrived yet. I am sure it will be as beautiful as the picture. There is nothing approaching this quality that I could find in the U.S. websites. I will be very proud to present the new parents with the blanket, but I have to wait until January!”

“if you suffer with disrupted sleep due to hot sweats I recommend you purchase a wool duvet & mattress topper I can honestly say that since I purchased the duvet and topper I haven't woken up hot and bothered i still wake up (although not as much) but I'm not sweating. I will try and buy the pillows next but I am delighted even if you don't suffer with sleep problems it's a much nicer, cosier warmth from wool & I definitely get a much better nights sleep.”

“Excellent customer serivice. Web site easy to navigate and each product is very descriptive. It is pleasing that whilst there are very few negative reviews regarding the products, the company is prepared to enter into conversations with the buyer to try and reach a satisfactory conclusion. I used the company on recommendation of a friend, so pleased I did. I purchased two deluxe wool pillows and can say without hesitation my husband and I have had really comfortable sleep with them. We particularly like the fact that wool can be taken out and added to... I prefer a flatter softer pillow and my husband a firmer thicker- he has my excess wool - all happy! I am awaiting a deluxe mattress topper; no doubt t we will be pleased with this too. Very quick delivery and nicely packaged. Many thanks.”
